The athletes were tough.
They were jubilant.
They were weary.
The fans were so supportive...
...and encouraging.
And there was a little bit of crazy mixed in, too...

To top it off, there was my brother, in his third appearance at the Boston Marathon, running to raise funds for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. We couldn't be prouder. He has raised over $30,000 for the fight against cancer, and he has shaved over an hour from his first marathon time with this year's finish. Way to go, Bill!
