240. The old adage, "You've got to crack a few eggs to make an omelet" comes to mind as I watch the deconstruction phase of our construction project.

Ugh - so true!
We are nearing the end of our supposedly 'SMALL' kitchen renovation that has dragged on for weeks now. Sooooo tired of strange men in my house! But the worst is over and now it is up to me for the finish work. When I have a working fridge back in the kitchen I will be happy!
I hope your renovation goes smoothly, finishes sooner than expected and comes in UNDER budget! (ours didn't on any count!) ;-)
Looks like a large undertaking. Wishing you well that it all goes to plan and like the previous post said, under budget. Hope to see the finished renovations.

At least it is NOT your bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen. You can eat, sleep, and shower without inconvenience. Enjoy the progress!
