Playing around with my new lens again. I love how the close-up view through the macro lens can render familiar objects completely foreign. Any guesses what this is? You've seen it before.... Scroll down for a hint...

Christine, you might want to increase contrast locally (easily done in LightRoom) on the shadow on the second shot. I think that it will make it so much more interesting with the play between the bright flower and the dark shadow...
