With three kids in three different schools, we are lucky enough to sample the back-to-school experience across the developmental spectrum...

Middle School
Daughter: "Dad, don't come to the bus stop with me!"
Dad: " How about if I stay ten paces behind...?"

High School
Son: "...."
Parents: "Did he leave already?"

Elementary School
Children: "Cheese!"

Parents: " Goodbye!!!!"

I had that for three years. Made conference time a bit hectic. I can guess the range of parental emotions as the bus pulls away.
Sounds and looks hectic. Enjoyed viewing your photography.
School day mornings are, obviously, not dull ...
