Here's a helpful hint for all of you who travel everywhere with your camera: Don't set it on the passenger seat while you drive. Put it on the floor. Because if you have to stop quickly, say, for a flock of geese crossing the street... it's not pretty.

Yikes! Glad they crossed safely. I actually had a deer run right across Rte 3A in your town this afternoon. It just missed getting hit by the van traveling Northbound. So scary!!!!
The critters have been abundant lately -- l regularly have to stop for turkeys in the road, too.
Hope your camera wasn't on the seat next to you...!
i have solved this problem lately by being lazy and not shooting anywhere but at home!
