In case you missed the memo... these are the latest must-have accessory for the elementary school set. What you are looking at are rubber bands, in different colors and shapes. The kids wear them as bracelets, of course. A pack of 12 will set you back about three bucks. Which is probably a bit steep for a handful of rubber bands, but a relative bargain when compared with other must-have accessories...
