A'fore school was out last session, we had to plunk down $390.00 for Drill Team crapola. Last week, another $300.00 for additional equipment, bus fare, etc. Today, $150.00 deposit for a Field Science trip that will ultimately total $290.00.
Sounds like a pretty even trade to me... I feel your pain. But we are economizing by making her wear her brother's old equipment. She should grow into the skates by February, March at the latest.
But let me ask you, Sweethaaaht -- does the drill team practice & perform for the next 6 months in an oversized meat locker? Also-- how's the coffee?
