Since it was dark outside when our patient finally got settled in his room last night, it wasn't until this morning that I realized what a great view he had! Of course, you have to imagine how it sparkles on a clear day, but people pay big bucks for this kind of vista in the city. He got to enjoy it free, with purchase of one lumbar discectomy.

And who says we don't have the best healthcare system in the world? Just look at that view!
